Your HECS annoying you!  Do you wish you could just pay it out and have control over your pay and what you spend it on?  This was one particular client.  She just wanted to remove the HECS from her pay and control the funds in a way that she felt was best for her.

Fortunately she already owned an investment property with a health amount of equity available.  We were able to top up her investment loan to give her some cash to pay out and close that HECS debt.
