These clients had been loyal to their particular big four bank for a few years, but their rate was far above what they were offering to new clients.  Despite many calls from the client to their bank to reduce their rate they gave up and gave us a call.

It was important to the client that we found a lender that had a competitive rate but also good service.

They also wanted to cash out some equity in both their Home and Investment Property to complete some no structural renovations and improve the over all value of the properties.

Due to the nature of the renovations the client was keen to control the funds and be able to pay the trades as they go, much like an owner builder.

We also took this time to ‘Tidy’ up the loans a little to ensure a tax effective structure, and to make it easier for them to track the loan repayments.
