This client may have bit off more than he can chew!  They have two investment properties and an owner occupied property.  They wanted to update each of them and all at the same time.  They also wanted to control the funds and do some of the work themselves.    Fortunately we had alot of equity in the properties to work with as these clients had done extremely well in paying down their loans and the properties had strong growth in recent years.

We found a lender that allowed them to Cash out the equity in their properties.  To save on interest the clients have parked the excess funds in their respective redraw accounts and will use them as required.

We also used this as an opportunity to tidy up their loans and make them a little more Tax Effective.
